What to Eat

Christmas is over! However, I’m still in the holly jolly holiday mood and listening to Rudolph the red nosed reindeer right now. Well, there were no wild turkey roast, no eggnog this year. Turkey or no turkey, I could do with a good dose of jollity!

Lately, I have been stuffing myself with cakes! I love cakes especially freshly baked homemade cakes. It tastes better than most stores bought boxed cake. No doubt it’s going to be high in fat, but who cares as long as it’s going to be highly enjoyable. There is nothing better than a good cup of hot coffee with a slice of homemade cake, seriously!
